Reservations

  • All applications must be made 60 days in advance and finalized 30 days in advance of the event.
  • All fees must be paid 15 days prior to the event.
  • The required deposit must be paid at the time of reservation to ensure your reservation will be held for your activity.

Generally, the hall is available 'only' on the day of the rental. Because we may have multiple rentals back to back, we can not guarantee the availability of the hall the day before or the night before to set up. Please remember - you might not be able to set up early.

When you contact us about rentals you must disclose 'up front' what the purpose of the rental is. Fees are based on the activity, the mandatory cleaning fees and unexpected damages that can and may happen during your activity.

  • Business rental
  • Wedding rental
  • Wedding and reception rental
  • Reception rental only
  • Graduation party rental

Food - Catering - Beverages

Because of liability exposure to the Veterans Hall and the Lowell Township noise ordinances, we were required to change these policies.

  • The kitchen can be used for warming up and serving your food only.
  • Because of insurance and liability rules, no one can prepare food on site.
  • We have authorized food caterers that must be used, no exceptions.
  • We have authorized beverage/bar providers, no exceptions.
  • The authorized caterer and beverage/bar providers provide their own liability, appropriate insurances and supervises the activities during the rental
  • The activity must end and building must be vacated by 12:00 midnight.
  • We currently have an ongoing rental to a church. They rent the building every Wednesday evening and every Sunday morning. The building must be clean before you leave. They occupy the building beginning about 9:00 a.m. each Sunday.

We can provide you with the names of all service providers at your request.
